We do not have contracts for hosting, you can cancel anytime before the first day of each month. Our commitments are month to month or yearly without refunds.

We do not offer email accounts. We recommend a provider that is as specialized at email as we are at hosting. Most domain registrars offer free or inexpensive email hosting. If you need more advanced email, we recommend using Zoho or Google Suite.

We will migrate your website for FREE. We typically make the transfer within 24 business hours. Start by purchasing the hosting plan you want, then fill out our secure migration request form, and we’ll get your site transferred and set up.

Though the migration is free, if we encounter a website that needs development work during the transfer (such as cleaning up a hacked website or severely outdated software), this will be invoiced.

Our WordPress hosting plans offer an abundant amount of resources that exceed what a website requires to maintain high performance. Other hosts’ claims of unlimited resources is typically for marketing purposes and not a true assessment of the plan they are providing. We prefer to provide an honest assessment and offer a no overage charge policy if your website requires additional resources.
